Energy Consumption Reduction:

Reduced energy consumption by 33.41 million kWh per year.

Water Efficiency Measures:

Saved about 28,000,000 liters of potable water annually.

Mercury Reduction Measures:

Installation of low-mercury and no-mercury lamp fixtures.
Reduced exposure levels and potential toxic pollution.

As operations stabilize, an influx of tenants and personnel has led to a gradual rise in electricity and water demand. Upgrading hardware equipment has encountered limitations.
