Planned energy-saving equipment:

  • Central monitoring system

  • Ice storage system

  • Windmill

  • Water pump inverter

  • Two-wire lighting circuit control

Cooperate with a professional energy management team

  • Regularly review the energy usage status

  • Propose the best energy-saving improvement plan to ensure Effectively improve energy efficiency and reduce corporate operating costs.

2009-2011: 1st Retrofit (Certified LEED v3 platinum)

Invested in significant energy & water efficiency retrofit projects.

Public Lighting Review

  • Conversion to more energy-efficient luminaires and lighting controls.

Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS):

  • Enables adjustment of operating temperatures, modification of chiller plant schedules, and chilled water distribution based on tenant needs.

Energy Consumption Reduction:

  • Reduced energy consumption by 33.41 million kWh per year.

Water Efficiency Measures:

  • Saved about 28,000,000 liters of potable water annually.

Mercury Reduction Measures:

  • Installation of low-mercury and no-mercury lamp fixtures.

  • Reduced exposure levels and potential toxic pollution.

2011-2016: Smart managem

(Certified LEED v4 platinum)

As operations stabilize, an influx of tenants and personnel has led to a gradual rise in electricity and water demand. Upgrading hardware equipment has encountered limitations.

To enhance efficiency, management processes are being refined.

This includes:

  • Integrating smart systems

  • Installing smart meters for electricity and water

  • Transitioning air conditioning systems to frequency conversion models
